We repair washing machines. We do not sell appliances or repair anything else. That focus is the point.
Every call starts with a question: what did the washer do? Where in the cycle did it stop, what did you hear, and is there a code on the display? Those answers shape what the technician brings to your door.
On the visit, we test before we replace. A pump gets checked with a meter, a lock gets tested with a signal, and a hose gets inspected for the kink or crack that started the whole problem. Then you hear what failed, what the repair involves and what it costs. We start only after you say yes.
If a repair does not make sense, because the machine is old and the part is expensive, we say that too. Sometimes the honest answer is a new washer.
