LG washers use short codes that map to specific faults. OE means the machine could not drain. IE means a fill problem. UE means an unbalanced load. dE means a door problem. LE points to the motor, and PE points to the pressure sensor. We use the code as a starting point and confirm with a test before replacing anything.
Helpful tip: Before you call, try one Drain and Spin cycle. If the code returns, tell us what it was and when it appeared in the cycle.
The washer stops partway through, the display freezes, or the drum sits full of water with the cycle going nowhere.
